If you send a project brief, email us, or schedule through Calendly, you may provide contact details and information about your organization or project. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information through the public form.

Technical information

Hosting and analytics providers may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and approximate location for security, reliability, and aggregate traffic measurement. The site does not sell personal information.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, operate and secure the site, and understand aggregate conversion performance. It may be shared with service providers that support those functions, subject to their terms.

Retention and choices

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, security, or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@hoyack.com.
